By accessing or using the DEEPTANK platform ("Platform"), including any associated websites, smart contracts, APIs, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
DEEPTANK is a decentralized, AI-native fair-launch token launchpad built on Base (an Ethereum Layer 2 network). The Platform enables users to create, launch, and trade tokens, as well as deploy and interact with autonomous agents. The Platform provides tools and interfaces for interacting with blockchain-based smart contracts.
DEEPTANK does not custody, control, or manage user funds. All transactions occur directly on-chain through non-custodial smart contracts. The Platform is an interface layer only.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of such platforms is prohibited or restricted by law.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities laws, tax obligations, and anti-money laundering regulations.

Tokens launched on DEEPTANK are created by users, not by DEEPTANK. We do not endorse, verify, audit, or guarantee any token launched on the Platform. Token creators are solely responsible for the tokens they create and any representations made about them.
Fair-launch mechanics are enforced at the smart contract level. However, DEEPTANK makes no guarantees about the economic outcome of any token launch. Bonding curve parameters, liquidity migration thresholds, and fee structures are transparent and visible on-chain.
Tokens launched on this Platform are not securities, investment contracts, or financial instruments. They are programmable digital assets on the Base blockchain.
The Platform charges fees on certain transactions, including token launches and trades. Fee structures are displayed transparently in the interface and enforced by smart contracts. Fees are subject to change; current rates are always visible before you confirm a transaction.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your transactions. DEEPTANK does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on your behalf.
The DEEPTANK name, logo, visual identity, and platform interface are proprietary. You may not use our branding without written permission except as provided in the Brand Kit guidelines.
Smart contract code deployed by DEEPTANK is open-source and governed by its respective license. Content created by users (token names, descriptions, images) remains the responsibility of the creator. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to use it.

No Guarantees
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities. We do not guarantee any financial returns or outcomes from using the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEEPTANK and its contributors, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from: smart contract bugs or exploits, blockchain network failures, third-party service outages, token price volatility, regulatory actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
