Privacy Policy

How DEEPTANK handles your data. We believe in transparency and minimal data collection.

Information We Collect

DEEPTANK is designed to minimize data collection. We do not directly collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) on our servers. The information associated with your use of the Platform includes:

  • Wallet addresses — public blockchain addresses you connect to the Platform
  • Authentication data — managed by Privy (our auth provider), which may include email, social login identifiers, or embedded wallet information
  • Usage data — anonymous analytics such as page views, feature usage, and performance metrics
  • Device information — browser type, screen resolution, and operating system for UI optimization

How We Use It

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide and maintain the Platform's functionality
  • Authenticate users and manage sessions via Privy
  • Display relevant on-chain data (token prices, balances, transaction history)
  • Improve Platform performance and user experience
  • Detect and prevent abuse or fraudulent activity

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Blockchain Data

Blockchain is public by nature

All transactions on the Base network (and Ethereum) are publicly visible and permanent. Your wallet address, transaction history, token holdings, and interactions with smart contracts are recorded on-chain and accessible to anyone. This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology, not a choice made by DEEPTANK.

We index and display publicly available on-chain data to provide the Platform's features. This data cannot be deleted or modified by us or by you, as it is immutably recorded on the blockchain.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal cookies and browser local storage for:

  • Session management — maintaining your authenticated state
  • User preferences — theme settings, dismissed notifications, UI state
  • Performance — caching token data and reducing redundant network requests

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Privy

Authentication provider — handles email/social/wallet login. May store email addresses and social identifiers per their privacy policy.

DexScreener

Token chart and market data provider. Receives requests for price data based on token addresses.

Base / Ethereum RPC

Blockchain node providers for reading on-chain data and submitting transactions.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services.

Data Retention

Since we do not store PII on our servers, there is minimal data to retain. Authentication session data is managed by Privy according to their retention policies. Anonymous usage analytics are retained for up to 12 months for performance analysis, then aggregated or deleted.

On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by any party.

7.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data (where technically possible and not on-chain)
  • Opt out of analytics collection
  • Disconnect your wallet and revoke Privy authentication at any time

Note that we cannot modify or delete data recorded on the blockchain, as this is outside our control.
